Nurses
Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Healthcare Assistants
Diana Pritchard (f)
Diana is our Senior Healthcare Assistant and provides clinical sessions on Monday and Tuesday, as well as Friday mornings. As well as phlebotomy, Diana is competent in ear irrigation, wound dressing and can also help you stop smoking. Diana can also administer the flu vaccine as well as shingles, pneumococcal and B12. She also carries out NHS Health-checks.
GP Assistant

Amy carries out tasks for the GP’s as well as holding sessions for phlebotomy, Blood Pressures and ECG.
Practice Management
Mrs Denise Soulsby
The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

We have a wonderful reception team led by Christine Shaw as well as being our Reception Lead, Christine is also our Care Navigator, she can assist and direct our patients to access appropriate services in an efficient and effective manner.

Rachel Morris
Rachel will help with any information you need regarding your referral process. She can also assist you when dealing with reports for insurance companies, licences for firearms and any other administrative help you may require.

Our dispensary may be small compared to the high street pharmacies but our team will do everything possible to make sure you receive the best possible service they can provide. Our team are very knowledgeable and efficient and will make your experience in the practice as easy as they possibly can.
